In the meantime, below are some frequently asked questions about Tuition Assistance:

What are the requirements for tuition assistance?

The financial need evaluation is different for every school and every family. We take into account all aspects of your financial situation during the evaluation.

What documentation will I need to complete the application?

The required supporting documentation will be outlined at the beginning and end of the online application and is tailored specifically to what is entered on your application. FACTS requires your 2020 filed tax form (or verification of non-filing status from the IRS), and your most recent W-2 statements. Other documentation may be required.

How can I send in the supporting documentation?

You may fax or upload your documentation to FACTS.

What if I want to leave my online application and come back to it later?

You may log back into the FACTS system and complete the application at any time.

How do I know when my application has been received?

When logging into FACTS you will see that your application has been received, and is finished when you see that it is “Complete”.

If my circumstances change, can I change my application?

Please call the FACTS helpline at 866-315-9262 if you need to adjust your application, a FACTS representative will ask for documentation of these changes to be submitted by fax or upload.
